Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer, employment contract, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Lead client and employee meetings for consultations, hearings, negotiations, and termination outcomes.
  • Negotiate positive outcomes in complex termination situations involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions.
  • Draft, tailor, administer, and maintain termination documents and employee records with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Process offboarding workflows in the HRIS and partner with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for offboarding and employee relations queries.
  • Assess workplace concerns, identify key facts and local regulations, and coordinate appropriate support.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, and product and customer experience enhancements.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Experience providing HR guidance on employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and provide practical recommendations.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude to innovate and optimize processes, including automation.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously across various tools and systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, international environment with flexible hours as needed.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
