Description

  • Develop and execute Talent Management processes, including performance cycles, promotion windows, and feedback triggers.
  • Create project plans for Talent Management, Culture, and Engagement initiatives.
  • Lead Talent Management projects such as compensation matrices and job descriptions from planning through execution.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Peakon, managing surveys, communications, reports, user access, and materials.
  • Identify improvements for engagement measurement tools and processes and help implement new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to keep projects moving and aligned.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate vendors for Talent Management initiatives by leading meetings, comparing options, and making recommendations.
  • Facilitate internal training sessions in English.
  • Support a wellbeing-focused, inclusive team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Culture and Engagement, or Projects.
  • Proven experience in project and stakeholder management.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in Talent Management/Organizational Development is mandatory for this role.
  • Experience with HRIS and engagement systems is a plus.
  • For candidates in São Paulo, the employment contract will be under a hybrid model.
  • Must be eligible as a People with Disabilities (PWD/PCD) affirmative opportunity candidate under Brazilian legislation.
