Description

  • Develop, execute, and manage paid social strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter for high-value B2B target accounts.
  • Own audience architecture, including building ICP audiences, exclusion lists, and leveraging intent data and predictive audiences.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across awareness, retargeting, and demand generation objectives in AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Conduct daily pacing reviews, performance audits, and ongoing ad copy and creative testing to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Partner with creative teams to build a creative testing roadmap and align assets with platform best practices.
  • Manage creative refresh cadences, including updating assets every 3-4 weeks.
  • Ensure conversion tracking and UTM architecture are implemented correctly for accurate measurement and ROI attribution.
  • Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms to measure performance and optimize full-funnel results.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing with multi-million dollar paid social budgets.
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with B2B marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
  • Proven expertise in audience segmentation, spend scaling, and complex B2B full-funnel campaigns.
  • Strong experience with UTM architecture, conversion tracking installation, and data-driven optimization.
  • Experience in a B2B tech environment targeting Finance, HR, and Operations leaders in mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to submit the application and CV in English.

  • Experience with X/Twitter paid media is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Automation and AI capabilities in role requirements is expected.
