Description

  • Manage the end-to-end strategy and performance of assigned paid media accounts.
  • Own paid media strategy, project ideation, roadmapping, and testing across accounts.
  • Lead internal team members by delegating work and developing their strategic and technical skills.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owned accounts with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Prepare reports, write insights, and communicate performance updates and recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain accounts through optimizations, structural updates, bidding changes, conversion setup, and copy revisions.
  • Design, deploy, and evaluate monthly and quarterly tests across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion.
  • Work with Account Managers and the Media Director to align paid media work to client goals, priorities, and efficiency targets.
  • Expand existing accounts and identify opportunities to increase media coverage for new business.
  • Use AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve processes and performance.

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of paid media experience.
  • Experience managing multiple paid media accounts with monthly budgets between $100K and $1MM.
  • Experience developing paid media strategy, media plans, testing frameworks, and measurement approaches across multiple channels.
  • Experience with campaign management across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display, Programmatic Display, and social platforms such as LinkedIn and TikTok is a plus.
  • Experience with full-funnel strategy, video, and lead generation.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking, and optimization strategy; GA4 knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to write ad copy, guide creative strategy, identify asset needs, and establish creative testing cadences.
  • Client relationship management experience, including reporting insights and optimizing toward business goals.
  • Team management experience.
  • Advanced spoken and written English is required.
