Description

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search and Performance Max for multiple client accounts.
  • Adjust bids, budgets, keywords, targeting, and ad performance to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance in Google Analytics and identify underperformance quickly.
  • Analyze CPL, conversion rates, campaign efficiency, and attribution to guide optimization decisions.
  • Build campaigns from scratch, including account structure, ad groups, targeting, and ad copy.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting to improve results.
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Resolve conversion tracking issues, data inconsistencies, and reporting accuracy problems.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with clear insights on what is working, what is not, and next steps.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads.
  • Active Google Ads certification.
  • Strong experience with Search Ads and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Strong experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours.
  • Experience with Google Shopping Ads is preferred.
  • Experience with Meta Ads / Paid Social is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts is preferred.
