Description

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and incoming inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote’s value propositions and assess prospect fit based on their needs.
  • Support Account Executives as needed throughout the sales process.
  • Educate and develop prospects until handoff to the sales team.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects generated from outside sources.
  • Research key players, gather business requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company.
  • Proven business development success using core sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and sell ideas persuasively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus excellent listening skills.
  • Positive, energetic phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Ability to stay positive under criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, proactive mindset, and willingness to bring new ideas.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
