Description

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote’s value proposition to prospects and assess fit based on their needs.
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects until they are ready to be handed off to the sales team.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects generated from a variety of outside sources.
  • Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success using core sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha.
  • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong listening skills and a positive phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically while maintaining a positive attitude through criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Strong sense of urgency, self-starter mentality, proactive mindset, and ability to bring new ideas to the team.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Demonstrated success in the responsibilities listed for the role.
  • Fluency in English and Danish.
  • Remote work experience is a plus, though not required.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities, with AI fluency.
