Description

  • Lead a high-performing SaaS Account Management division for Fieldwire's post-sales organization.
  • Define the market strategy, priorities, and execution approach in alignment with global teams.
  • Establish and oversee the functional and disciplinary management of the Account Management organization.
  • Develop, manage, coach, and grow an engaged and high-performing team.
  • Own the strategic direction of the Account Management team, including investment proposals and organizational changes.
  • Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets across the assigned geography.
  • Drive renewal practices and expand the sales framework to support organizational objectives.
  • Support top accounts and advance business on key deals in project management software.
  • Develop and maintain sales management processes, including KPIs and shop floors.
  • Monitor market dynamics and improve marketing and sales approaches to increase penetration and customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, sales, marketing, software support, and regional/local teams.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred, but not essential.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing functions and/or project management within the construction industry.
  • At least 5 years of sales management experience with proven success in an international context.
  • Entrepreneurial, agile, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset in ambiguous environments.
  • Self-structured, self-driven, and ambitious personality.
  • Passion for people and the ability to coach and give constructive feedback effectively.
  • Excellent diagnostic, communication, consulting, and presentation skills.

Benefits

  • Estimated base salary range of $157,500 to $160,000.
  • Eligibility for a variable compensation bonus up to $70,000.
  • Fully remote role within the United States.
