Description

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and incoming inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote’s value propositions and assess prospect needs and fit.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects through the sales handoff process.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects generated from external sources.
  • Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Proven business development success using core sales tools, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to promote and sell ideas persuasively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong listening ability and a positive phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically while staying resilient to criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to maintain urgency toward goals and deliverables.
  • Fluency in English and Danish.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities, with AI fluency.
  • Demonstrated success in the areas listed in the key responsibilities.
