Description

  • Manage employee onboarding cases from initial intake through the employee’s first day.
  • Guide clients and employees through timelines, documentation, requirements, and next steps.
  • Review employee information and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Prepare employment contracts and coordinate reviews, signatures, and amendments.
  • Coordinate country-specific requirements, including medical checks, visas, right-to-work documents, and tax forms.
  • Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Client Success to activate services on time.
  • Manage multiple cases and deadlines while proactively following up on outstanding actions and risks.
  • Advise clients on country-specific onboarding processes and provide practical solutions.
  • Maintain accurate client and employee records across internal platforms and CRM systems.
  • Identify improvements to onboarding workflows, documentation, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • 2+ years of experience in employee onboarding, HR administration, global mobility, payroll operations, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience supporting onboarding across multiple countries; EOR, PEO, global employment, payroll, or HR technology experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of onboarding processes, employee documentation, benefits enrollment, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with employment contracts and amendments using established templates.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Consultative, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving, sound judgment, and ability to escalate risks early.
  • Experience collaborating with Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Sales, and Client Success teams.
  • Experience with HRIS, CRM, ticketing, and collaboration tools; HubSpot and Confluence are a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, global environment while handling confidential information.
  • Based in Latin America.
