Description

  • Define and execute the multi-quarter strategy for GTM Operational Excellence aligned with growth and revenue goals.
  • Hire, develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of operations managers and analysts.
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to VP- and C-level stakeholders across GTM, Systems, Product, and Finance.
  • Oversee the strategy for AI ticketing, automated knowledge bases, and AI agent tuning to improve GTM workflows.
  • Lead root-cause analysis of complex operational issues and partner with Systems and Engineering to implement permanent fixes.
  • Own the post-mortem process for major operational incidents and drive infrastructure improvements based on lessons learned.
  • Establish and mature global change management frameworks to drive adoption of new GTM programs.
  • Track, analyze, and present executive-level reporting on operational KPIs such as ticket volume, AI deflection, cost-to-serve, MTTR, and adoption velocity.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in BizOps, Strategy & Operations, or RevOps within a fast-growing SaaS environment.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience managing and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of building, scaling, and maturing GTM systems and processes from mid-stage growth through enterprise scale.
  • Deep working knowledge of Salesforce and complex GTM tech stacks, including Enterprise CPQ, automated lead routing, or compensation tooling.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools, LLMs, and automation workflows to optimize business operations.
  • Executive-level leadership mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving accountability across matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues into clear executive narratives.
  • Prior experience working in a globally distributed, asynchronous environment is a strong plus.
  • Experience in a remote-first or globally distributed organization is preferred.
  • Ability to start as soon as possible.
