Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle for a book of business, including retaining existing accounts and closing expansion opportunities.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within customer accounts.
  • Present Remote’s suite of services to existing customers and create pathways for additional solution adoption.
  • Own customer relationships from sale through business completion and maintain frequent contact with customers.
  • Build strategic, partnership-based relationships with customers across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Design solutions that address the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers.
  • Lead customer retention initiatives and participate in strategic events to deepen relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
  • Develop pipeline, forecast outcomes, and provide accurate reporting data.
  • Meet and exceed sales quota based on role level.

Requirements

  • Several years of Account Management experience or related SaaS sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success retaining and growing existing accounts and driving expansion bookings.
  • Experience building relationships with decision makers, champions, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to create and execute sales motions, tactics, and proactive client strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes.
  • Confidence developing pipeline, forecasting outcomes, and providing accurate reporting data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business fluency in English is essential.
  • Strong business acumen, integrity, and work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Resilience, perseverance, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with a strong desire to work in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to learn complex product solutions and continuously develop new skills and competencies.
  • Understanding of Remote’s services and its position in the industry.
