Description

  • Own the health and retention of a defined portfolio of customers, ensuring value realization and satisfaction.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Support, Onboarding, Offboarding, Payroll, Finance, and Business Operations teams to resolve customer and employee experience issues.
  • Develop and execute customer health and retention strategies using data and feedback to identify risks and drive recovery plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer health, sentiment, and engagement in HubSpot and the platform.
  • Work with Hiring Success Managers and clients to ensure committed FTE hires under the MSA are activated efficiently and on time.
  • Identify and remove operational blockers to improve time-to-revenue and time-to-value.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve activation processes and the onboarding experience.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across products and countries and educate customers on additional platform capabilities and services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on global employment and provide country-specific guidance using internal resources and local expert networks.
  • Share structured customer feedback with Product, Operations, and Leadership to influence roadmap and service improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Support, or Customer Success roles.
  • Experience in a SaaS platform business, ideally.
  • Experience working in global HR, Payroll, or Global Mobility.
  • Strong clear communication and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong time management and ability to structure work independently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with people in different locations.
  • Comfort working with independence and autonomy while knowing when to ask for help.
  • Excellent empathy and people skills for handling conversations with multiple audiences.
  • Strong motivation and drive to exceed goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot is implied by the role’s responsibility for maintaining customer records in the platform (preferred).
