Description

  • Own retention and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealership accounts.
  • Drive customer adoption and ensure customers realize measurable value from the solution.
  • Run pilot deployments and convert successful pilots into long-term contracts.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and lead expansion conversations.
  • Close rollouts for additional dealership sites and new use cases.
  • Manage end-to-end deployments, including kickoff, configuration, training, and go-live.
  • Coordinate closely with Product and Engineering teams to support implementations.
  • Translate client feedback into clear requirements for internal technical teams.
  • Manage client expectations around product capabilities and customization options.
  • Act as the bridge between customer needs and internal technical resources.

Requirements

  • Fluent Flemish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in French to support bilingual dealership groups.
  • Professional working proficiency in English for internal team communication.
  • 1–3+ years of professional experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, operations consulting, change management, or project/program management.
  • Strong project management skills, including top-down thinking, crisp planning, tight timelines, and cross-team coordination.
  • KPI-oriented and data-driven, with comfort tracking metrics, analyzing performance, and making data-informed decisions.
  • Calm and resourceful problem-solver who can troubleshoot autonomously and escalate strategically.
  • Willingness to learn product details to effectively communicate value and manage client expectations.
  • Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to dealership client sites across Belgium.
  • Consulting background, such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or an operations/change management firm, is preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS or AI/technology startup environments is preferred.
  • Background in the automotive industry, including dealerships, OEMs, or aftermarket, is a plus.
  • A degree from a top business or engineering school is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial, ownership-oriented, and execution-focused mindset is preferred.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational structures is preferred.
