Description

  • Execute high-volume HR transactions in Workday, including job requisitions, compensation changes, photo approvals, and personal data updates.
  • Perform weekly audits of new hire and termination data to ensure accuracy.
  • Generate raw data reports for leadership, including Rhythm of the Business metrics and InfoSec audit requirements.
  • Own the preparation and accuracy of payroll data logs for the US, EMEA, and India.
  • Administer backend benefits enrollment and termination processes and file signed compensation plans in Workday.
  • Trigger and track onboarding and offboarding workflows, including I-9s, ID checks, separation letters, and holiday pay calculations.
  • Manage contractor lifecycle administration through Deel, including onboarding setup, contract changes, and termination processing.
  • Track probation periods across the UK, Germany, and India and ensure automated notifications and outcome logging.
  • Draft and issue standard legal and HR template letters based on SOPs.
  • Maintain and update process documentation and knowledge base materials, including RACI matrices and HR Hub content.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HRIS, or a related role in a high-growth environment.
  • Hands-on experience executing Workday business processes such as hire, change job, and terminate, along with data entry in Workday.
  • Experience working in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or payroll coordination.
  • Proven ability to create, follow, and update SOPs and process maps.
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for payroll reconciliation and data auditing.
  • Experience managing high-volume requests through a ticketing system such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential data with care.
  • Familiarity with Deel, Checkr, or similar global platforms is preferred.
  • Experience maintaining internal wikis or knowledge bases such as SharePoint or Confluence is preferred.
  • Experience supporting backend execution of annual compensation cycles is preferred.
