Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues and drive timely, fair resolution.
  • Conduct investigations into employee concerns, workplace conflicts, and policy violations.
  • Advise managers on performance management, corrective action, and disciplinary processes.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to managers and employees on development, career pathing, change management, and difficult conversations.
  • Support leaders with conflict resolution, employee engagement, and building an inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Partner with business leaders on HR strategies, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Analyze engagement, retention, and employee feedback trends to recommend proactive solutions.
  • Support implementation of People programs, policies, and best practices across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies while minimizing risk.
  • Collaborate with business units to align people practices with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in people or business partnerships, preferably in the tech industry or fast-scaling startups.
  • Experience handling employee relations matters and providing career and performance coaching.
  • Experience leading organizational change or large-scale projects using agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success reducing turnover and increasing engagement in technical teams using data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English (B2+).
  • Global experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of labor law and compliance requirements.
