Description

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to prospect into strategic accounts.
  • Serve as the first personal interaction for prospects engaging with the company.
  • Generate buyer conversations that lead to qualified sales opportunities.
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos with strong conversion and attendance rates.
  • Use 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to identify and prospect accounts.
  • Research accounts to tailor outbound emails and communicate Redwood’s value proposition.
  • Qualify leads through research, targeted communication, and active listening.
  • Provide the sales team with detailed information to support productive discussions and demonstrations.
  • Track, record, and maintain prospect and activity information in internal systems.
  • Identify and recommend process and tool improvements.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, complex requirements, and tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated initiative, confidence, and a competitive attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate, coordinate, collaborate, and build relationships across Marketing, Sales, and other departments.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
  • Motivation to continuously learn and improve professionally and personally.
  • Proven track record of setting, exceeding, tracking, measuring, and communicating goals and objectives.
  • Preferred: a 4-year bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred: sales experience, technical skills, and experience with CRMs and sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6sense.
