Description

  • Lead sales campaigns across a diverse set of products using your professional network.
  • Develop and execute growth strategy for Imaging in collaboration with division and business line leadership.
  • Work across programs, engineering, manufacturing, software, finance, external partners, and customers to shape and execute business opportunities.
  • Build, mentor, and lead the Growth team across business development, account management, and mission operations functions.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners that are critical to growth strategy and program execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and agency decision-makers to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
  • Define and document customer technical, programmatic, operational, and deployment requirements.
  • Manage customer accounts and business development activity in Salesforce, including leads, pricing, proof-of-concept, and expected close dates.
  • Create client presentations, proposals, and demonstrations, including live and virtual equipment demonstrations.
  • Develop pricing strategy, proposal inputs, contract vehicle recommendations, teaming agreements, and annual business development budgets.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Proven business development leader with experience pursuing and winning complex sales campaigns.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment.
  • Strong management skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • A builder and owner mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively and own outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen and a command of the capture management process.
  • Experience developing relationships with key agency decision-makers and executives (preferred/inferred from role scope).
  • Experience using Salesforce to track customer activity, pipeline, and account data (preferred/inferred from role scope).
