Description

  • Own the end-to-end product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Reddit’s Finance SaaS portfolio.
  • Lead finance and AI transformation by identifying and launching AI-enabled workflow improvements.
  • Translate Finance priorities into a sequenced roadmap with measurable business outcomes.
  • Make build-vs-buy decisions and lead vendor selection, renewals, SLAs, escalations, and spend rationalization.
  • Define and enforce the product operating model for intake, prioritization, releases, change management, and adoption measurement.
  • Manage and coach a team of SaaS product managers across multiple finance domains.
  • Maintain direct ownership of a set of applications and run intake, prioritization, and release management for that portfolio.
  • Partner with Finance leadership, Enterprise Architecture, and Engineering to deliver integrations, data quality, and technical execution.
  • Advise senior leaders on roadmap trade-offs and secure alignment across Finance, Tech, and Business partners.
  • Support M&A activities including diligence, integration sequencing, and adoption planning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, business/finance systems, or finance transformation.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Experience owning Finance SaaS platforms across multiple domains such as ERP, EPM/CPM, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, treasury, or payroll.
  • Experience building and running a product or intake operating model with roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, release management, and change management.
  • Strong vendor management experience, including selection, renewals, SLAs, and influencing vendor roadmaps.
  • Ability to operate across both executive-level strategy and detailed platform configuration work.
  • Excellent communication skills for audiences ranging from CFOs to engineers.
  • Strong knowledge of financial controls, audit readiness, SOX requirements, data quality, and compliance impacts.
  • Experience defining close transformation roadmaps, reconciliation strategies, reporting readiness plans, and UAT strategies.
  • Experience scaling products and owning business outcomes in high-growth, complex environments.
  • Preferred: experience at a high-growth public technology company.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Reddit’s finance tech stack or comparable tools such as NetSuite, Workato, Adaptive, Zip, Coupa, Ramp, Workday, and Salesforce.
  • Preferred: experience supporting M&A workstreams such as diligence, integration, and cutover.
  • Preferred: exposure to SOX compliance in finance systems.
  • Preferred: background partnering with Corporate Engineering or shared-services models.

  • Base salary range of $210,800 to $295,200 USD.
  • Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units.
  • May also be eligible for commission depending on the role offered.
