Description

  • Translate client needs, market trends, and strategic priorities into a pipeline of product and partnership opportunities.
  • Own assigned product lifecycles from ideation through evaluation, implementation, launch, and optimization.
  • Assess products and vendors for strategic alignment, client relevance, operational feasibility, differentiated value, and measurable impact.
  • Gather client-facing team feedback to validate demand and define desired outcomes and experiences.
  • Develop evidence-based value propositions, business cases, solution overviews, implementation plans, pricing inputs, and success measures.
  • Track pipeline health, decision timelines, launch readiness, adoption, and partnership performance.
  • Build relationships with client-facing teams and vendor partners through responsive communication and clear accountability.
  • Coordinate Client Success, Growth, Finance, IT, Clinical, Operations, and Implementation stakeholders to resolve issues and advance opportunities.
  • Translate strategic objectives into cross-functional action plans and serve as the central point of accountability for assigned programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in program coordination, vendor management, strategic partnerships, or product operations.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or managed care preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders, including complex or sensitive discussions.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder processes with structured workflows, timelines, and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready materials.
  • Collaborative, service-oriented approach with the ability to manage competing priorities across teams.
  • Familiarity with PBM products, vendor landscapes, or the pharmacy benefits industry preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 10%–20%.
