Description

  • Define and communicate the Procure-to-Pay suite’s product vision and strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team.
  • Own and scale the product roadmap, integrating procurement and payment workflows.
  • Use customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to guide prioritization.
  • Deliver intuitive, user-centered product experiences and champion design excellence.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership from ideation through launch.
  • Represent the Procure-to-Pay suite in customer discussions, leadership forums, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, product management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • Deep expertise in Accounts Payable automation and Procure-to-Pay solutions.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end AP workflows and the needs of AP teams and CFOs.
  • Hands-on experience building and launching AI-powered products.
  • Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to drive outcomes end to end.
  • Ability to adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment using customer, data, and market insights.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
  • Experience leading and developing product teams, with strong communication and executive collaboration skills.

Benefits

  • Base salary of £100,000–£108,000 GBP, plus bonus and equity.
  • Fully remote, global work environment.
