Description

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Procure-to-Pay suite.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team.
  • Own and scale the product roadmap across procurement and payment workflows.
  • Use customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to guide prioritization.
  • Champion intuitive, user-centered product design and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership from ideation through launch.
  • Represent the Procure-to-Pay suite in customer meetings, leadership forums, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, product management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • Deep expertise in Accounts Payable automation and Procure-to-Pay solutions.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end AP workflows and the needs of AP teams and CFOs.
  • Hands-on experience building and commercializing AI-powered products.
  • Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to drive outcomes end to end.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt priorities using customer, data, and market insights.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities.
  • Proven experience leading and developing product teams with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Benefits

  • Base salary of €10,000–€128,000 GBP, plus bonus and equity.
