Description

  • Manage and maintain customer, company, deal, and custom object records in HubSpot.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and ongoing database hygiene.
  • Build, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns within HubSpot.
  • Create and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, customer retention, and sales enablement.
  • Manage SMS, email, lifecycle marketing, advertising audience, and remarketing programs through HubSpot.
  • Create dashboards and reports for marketing, sales, and executive leadership teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, lead generation, pipeline activity, and revenue attribution.
  • Track sales activity, lead follow-up, and conversion performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, development, and leadership teams to align HubSpot with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement CRM, automation, and user adoption improvements, and document processes and provide user training when needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data management, segmentation, and automation best practices.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance analyses within HubSpot.
  • Experience implementing and managing email marketing and automated customer journeys.
  • Knowledge of lead management, lifecycle stages, and sales pipeline reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting data quality and CRM process issues.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Experience with documentation (preferred).
  • HubSpot certifications (preferred).
