Description

  • Manage large-scale email marketing campaigns from development through execution.
  • Build and refine targeting strategies using customer segmentation and predictive analytics.
  • Measure campaign performance, establish benchmarks, and recommend future tests to improve results.
  • Proof and QA campaigns to ensure error-free execution and resolve technical issues.
  • Research competitor programs to identify opportunities in targeting, offers, cadence, and delivery timing.
  • Use marketing automation, CRM, and eCommerce tools to support campaign execution and analysis.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive acquisition, conversion, and growth.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and maintain regular communication through email, Slack, and video calls.
  • Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership within client organizations and secure buy-in.
  • Support the sales team with insights, demos, and occasional sales meetings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical email marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo and/or email and SMS marketing tools such as Attentive, Postscript, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
  • Experience managing lifecycle marketing programs with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and email marketing best practices.
  • Experience with omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to resolve problems independently and know when to escalate issues.
  • Comfort working in a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment.
  • Must be based in one of GR0’s approved hiring states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.
