Description

  • Design and continuously improve lifecycle strategies across the prospect journey.
  • Build scalable nurture programs that educate, qualify, and generate demand from low-intent audiences.
  • Create repeatable lifecycle plays that product marketing teams can deploy across products and regions.
  • Define entry, exit, and success criteria for lifecycle programs.
  • Optimize customer journeys using behavioural signals, engagement data, and conversion insights.
  • Own lead management motions including routing, recycling, and hand-raiser strategies with BDR leadership.
  • Develop always-on reactivation and recycling programs that create new opportunities.
  • Own email as a marketing channel, including templates, governance, QA standards, and best practices.
  • Build lifecycle programs that support cross-sell and expansion opportunities.
  • Define lifecycle KPIs, analyze funnel performance, run experiments, and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, marketing automation, demand generation, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong experience building lifecycle strategies rather than only executing campaigns.
  • Deep experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Experience designing nurture programs that influence complex buying journeys.
  • Strong understanding of lead management, scoring, routing, and sales alignment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on experimentation and optimization.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience marketing cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or other complex B2B technology is preferred.
  • Experience building customer marketing and expansion programs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, intent data, and behavioural marketing is preferred.
  • Experience working within a matrixed product marketing organization is preferred.
  • Must be able to work in one of the approved U.S. states if applying from the United States.
  • Must complete a national police history check and reference checks before starting work.
  • Visa sponsorship and relocation are not supported.
