Description

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary strategic point of contact.
  • Monitor account health, identify at-risk clients, and implement retention strategies to reduce churn.
  • Conduct regular strategy sessions, performance reviews, and campaign discussions with clients.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision makers while providing ongoing communication and support.
  • Develop and execute engagement campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Analyze data from CRM systems, Google Analytics, and other sources to assess campaign performance and optimize future initiatives.
  • Design and maintain dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and client outcomes.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and recommend additional services to grow accounts.
  • Coordinate service delivery across SEO, Paid Advertising, Web Development, Design, Content, Technical, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Escalate delivery issues, maintain accountability across departments, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar client-facing role within a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of at least 15 client accounts and serving as the main point of contact for client communication and retention.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, paid social advertising, website development, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience leading client strategy sessions, performance reviews, and campaign discussions while managing expectations and relationships.
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance data and communicate insights, recommendations, and next steps clearly to clients.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that increase account value.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, stay calm under pressure, and proactively resolve client concerns.
  • Stable employment history showing reliability, accountability, and commitment to client outcomes.
  • Experience working with Australian clients or in an Australian digital marketing agency environment is advantageous.
  • Exposure to retention metrics such as churn rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), CSAT, NPS, and account growth is advantageous.
  • Experience working closely with SEO Specialists, Paid Ads Specialists, Developers, Designers, and other digital marketing professionals is advantageous.
