Description

  • Own and manage the assigned VIP player portfolio end to end.
  • Execute and monitor the overall VIP strategy in line with company goals.
  • Lead retention and reactivation initiatives to maximize player lifetime value.
  • Maintain accurate player records and track portfolio performance, KPIs, and market drivers.
  • Work with VIP Management to align promotional activity with the VIP strategy.
  • Propose, design, and deliver innovative VIP promotional campaigns.
  • Recommend process and workflow improvements to strengthen operational performance.
  • Support the VIP support team with complex escalations and issue resolution.
  • Complete delegated tasks and projects for senior leadership as needed.

Requirements

  • Native or C1-level Spanish proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong gaming background with previous internet and/or e-commerce experience.
  • Experience in high-tier customer service or account management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in decision-making.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to rationalize and prioritize business needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet strict SLA and KPI targets.
  • High integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling sensitive VIP data.
  • Experience navigating the Spanish gaming regulatory framework is preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of AML, DD, EDD, and CDD procedures is preferred.
  • Experience handling Responsible Gaming protocols is preferred.
