Description

  • Coordinate logistics for global webinars and virtual training sessions.
  • Assist with deploying e-learning modules by uploading assets and performing quality assurance checks.
  • Serve as a point of contact for training learners and respond to questions about access, navigation, and course completion.
  • Support automated communication workflows that drive course and webinar enrollment, engagement, and completion.
  • Help replace manual administrative tasks with streamlined or automated operational workflows.
  • Facilitate the administrative process for issuing Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits.
  • Support coordination with external training partners and internal speakers on materials and logistics.
  • Maintain data accuracy across Salesforce, Gainsight, and Skilljar, and help compile monthly participation and satisfaction metrics.
  • Help maintain internal documentation and operational playbooks for training workflows.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or customer success, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills for professional emails, community announcements, and landing page copy.
  • Strong organizational ability to manage multiple workstreams such as webinar logistics, inbox triage, and data entry.
  • A track record of improving processes by streamlining, automating, or documenting manual tasks.
  • Ability to adapt quickly when priorities shift and maintain high-quality work.
  • Direct experience administering a Learning Management System is preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms like Gainsight or CRM tools like Salesforce is preferred.
  • Interest in cybersecurity and understanding of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits is preferred.
  • Experience with basic email marketing or event promotion is preferred.
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams, and comfort learning new SaaS tools quickly is preferred.
