Description

  • Design and execute a multi-year enablement roadmap for the Marketing GTM organization.
  • Build a world-class enablement engine that supports continuous learning, certification, and performance improvement.
  • Define and track KPIs that connect enablement programs to marketing outcomes such as campaign velocity, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and executive leadership to ensure the marketing team can consistently articulate Databricks' Data Intelligence vision.
  • Overhaul onboarding and ongoing learning paths to reduce ramp time for new marketing hires.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CMO and Marketing VPs by identifying performance gaps and deploying enablement solutions.
  • Prioritize the highest-leverage enablement initiatives as business priorities evolve.
  • Lead global, cross-functional initiatives across the marketing organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, or Corporate Learning & Development within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of building enablement functions from the ground up.
  • Experience leading global, cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Ability to measure the business impact of enablement programs with quantifiable GTM performance improvements.
  • High proficiency in change management during rapid pivots in messaging, product launches, or organizational restructuring.
  • Previous experience within or enabling a marketing function such as Demand Gen, Product Marketing, or Field Marketing (bonus).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Marketo, 6sense, and Salesforce (bonus).
  • Baseline understanding of the Data & AI landscape, including Cloud, Big Data, or Machine Learning (bonus).
  • Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Education, or an MBA (bonus).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $182,400-$250,800 USD in Zone 1, $164,200-$225,700 USD in Zone 2, $155,000-$213,200 USD in Zone 3, or $145,900-$200,650 USD in Zone 4.
  • Eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
