Description

  • Consult with customers to tailor training content to their needs and organizational goals.
  • Produce new training materials and adapt existing materials in line with team standards and brand guidelines.
  • Deliver engaging live and recorded training sessions for new and existing customers at small engagements and large in-person events.
  • Demonstrate expertise across the Samsara platform and answer customer questions during training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Education team and other stakeholders to shape live training content and incorporate customer feedback.
  • Champion Samsara’s values and operating principles as the company scales globally.
  • Help scale the team’s reach and customer support through one:many trainings, on-site events, and strategic engagements.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience teaching or delivering training.
  • Experience delivering dynamic training at both virtual and live customer events.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage your own work, learn new products independently, and assess what information is essential.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently in an organized, methodical, and detail-oriented way.
  • An eye for detail and polish.
  • Ability to work without supervision and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel 20-25% of the time and be located near an international airport.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers across multiple regions/markets is preferred.
