Description

  • Develop annual field marketing plans in partnership with sales, channel, tech alliance, and corporate marketing teams.
  • Coordinate closely with sales teams to align, communicate, and optimize marketing activities.
  • Design and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, paid ads, product marketing, and other channels.
  • Plan, manage, and execute live field and partner events with pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategies.
  • Develop targeted account strategies to support account-based selling.
  • Create promotional materials, assets, and signage for field marketing initiatives.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI, and recommend optimizations.
  • Manage budgets and expenses to maximize marketing impact.
  • Educate sales teams on new and planned marketing activities across global, regional, and local programs.
  • Support joint partner marketing activities alongside field marketing events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in field and partner marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in public sector and cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in demand generation, multi-channel marketing, and inbound marketing strategy/execution.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with sales teams and drive awareness and sales through marketing programs.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to align tactical plans to business strategy.
  • Proficiency with key marketing and sales tools, including CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 10%-20% of the time.
  • Full-time availability for the role.
  • Preferred compensation eligibility may include incentive compensation and equity.

  • Base salary range of $127,500-$191,500.
