Description

  • Lead and develop a high-performing remote sales team of Account Executives.
  • Drive revenue growth across individual, team, and organizational goals.
  • Build a team culture of trust, accountability, success, and collaboration.
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings to support direct reports.
  • Hire, train, and ramp new Account Executives on the sales process.
  • Manage sales development execution, KPI tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Run weekly pipeline review and forecast meetings with Account Executives.
  • Coach direct reports on strategies to increase revenue and customer success.
  • Build predictable and repeatable sales funnel processes and best practices.
  • Evolve sales strategy, processes, and tactics to improve performance and incorporate customer feedback into products.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a sales manager.
  • 3 years of documented sales success as an individual contributor, exceeding target.
  • Experience hiring, training, and ramping new Account Executives.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and inspire change.
  • Leadership and coaching experience with a desire to help others perform at their best.
  • Expertise in creating structure around sales metrics and managing to those metrics.
  • Ability to refine decision-making and evaluate downstream and upstream impacts of decisions.
