Description

  • Build and maintain automated workflows across CRM, marketing, and customer success tools.
  • Integrate Close, PostHog, BigQuery, and internal databases.
  • Reduce manual work through automation and improved system design.
  • Analyze revenue and customer data to support business decisions and experiments.
  • Identify trends in lead performance, conversion, churn, and renewals.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to turn insights into action.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and commercial teams.
  • Establish a reliable single source of truth for pipeline, ARR, conversion, and churn KPIs.
  • Own and continuously improve the Close CRM.
  • Improve data quality and workflows across teams and countries.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, or another data-driven role.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Python or TypeScript experience preferred.
  • Experience with CRMs and automation tools such as Close, n8n, Zapier, or HubSpot.
  • Experience with data warehouses including BigQuery or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Looker Studio, Metabase, or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and business mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with leadership.
  • Fluent English; French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
