Description

  • Actively prospect and acquire new B2B clients through outbound outreach.
  • Handle inbound leads and sales opportunities generated by the SDR team.
  • Conduct sales presentations and online meetings with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from lead to deal closure.
  • Use consultative selling to deliver value and address client needs.
  • Work toward high activity and conversion targets, including frequent presentations and closed meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Native or fluent Polish language skills.
  • Real estate industry experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a B2B freelance arrangement based on business activity/invoicing, or readiness to set one up.
  • Availability for a minimum of 35 hours per week.
  • Strong, results-driven sales mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfort with high-volume sales activity, including around 60 sales presentations per month and at least 30 sales meetings closed per month.
  • Ability to generate an average of 5 new clients per month is characteristic of top performers.
