Description

  • Maintain team status, communication, and deliverable tracking across projects and sprints.
  • Collaborate with Account, Finance, and Tech teams to build timelines, workflows, RACIs, and risk logs.
  • Track client deliverables and manage delivery timelines to keep programs on schedule.
  • Set up internal team status reviews, meetings, and sprint coordination routines.
  • Make resourcing and budget decisions for each sprint cycle by discipline.
  • Support the development and management of project budgets, scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Lead the project or sprint process and ensure program sprints are successfully executed.
  • Partner with the Enterprise Experience Lead to implement and maintain initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Prioritize outstanding items and actively manage problems, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Serve as a digital translator across teams to ensure clear, consistent technical communication and risk awareness.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product or project management experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading workflow and process improvement initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience with a MarTech/AdTech ecosystem such as Salesforce, Veeva, and/or Adobe.
  • Strong working knowledge of the MarTech and AdTech space.
  • Experience with program workflows supporting setup and activation efforts for marketing and digital pharmacy ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in JIRA, MS Office, Copilot, Workfront, and Asana.
  • Resourceful problem solver and collaborative communicator.
  • Preferred: familiarity with digital marketing areas including SEO, analytics, CRM, email marketing, paid media, and social media.
  • Preferred: BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: understanding of the role of technology and digital in the healthcare marketing landscape.
