Description

  • Lead client delivery and operational execution for the public sector business.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to government clients on digital asset infrastructure and mission-critical use cases.
  • Bridge internal teams and public sector stakeholders to translate complex needs into actionable implementation plans.
  • Lead solution design in collaboration with Legal, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and other functions.
  • Determine when to engage additional business lines such as trading and staking to meet client needs.
  • Draft, manage, and deliver responses to government RFPs and RFIs.
  • Develop, enhance, and operationalize custody procedures and governance frameworks for clients.
  • Maintain feedback loops with the Head of Government Solutions to inform GTM strategy and market execution.
  • Represent Anchorage Digital in agency meetings and high-profile forums with senior government officials.
  • Travel onsite to support high-priority clients as needed.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience, including at least 3 years in crypto or digital assets.
  • Experience with institutional-grade custody solutions.
  • Program management experience with a U.S. federal agency that has launched a digital asset program.
  • Demonstrated success working across government, law enforcement, and/or regulatory institutions on digital asset strategy, policy, or operations.
  • Experience drafting and delivering government RFP/RFI submissions.
  • Intermediate knowledge of crypto custody infrastructure and secure key management.
  • Experience with institutional-grade reporting, compliance frameworks, and secure integrations in regulated environments.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver consistently in high-performance environments.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite support to high-priority clients.
  • Bonus consideration for candidates with a strong affinity for Hamilton.
