Description

  • Lead large-scale projects while managing risk, quality, change, dependencies, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate delivery across suppliers for small-scale projects and sub-projects.
  • Facilitate issue resolution and remove operational roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with business units to define critical needs and allocate appropriate resources.
  • Evaluate and authorize work requests, develop work orders, and review supplier cost estimates.
  • Plan, monitor, and report on project performance.
  • Sign off on project deliverables, complete project closeout, and conduct post-implementation reviews.
  • Liaise with Application Architecture teams, ISPs, and third parties as needed.
  • Manage retained staff, including Business Analysts, SMEs, and Support Services.
  • Oversee multiple projects and programs simultaneously with a strategic focus.
  • Monitor supplier and ISP SLAs, including escalation and financial impact when service levels are missed.
  • Serve as team leader or supervisor when assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with customer experience, transformation, and agency environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex business and technology projects or programs.
  • Experience with IT governance frameworks and aligning IT strategy with business goals.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with strategic impact.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership and influencing across all levels.
  • Ability to work with a transformation mindset in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • High emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, empathy, and conflict management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of IT governance, compliance, and process optimization.
  • Intermediate budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking skills.
  • Advanced program and stakeholder management skills.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency.
  • Advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Advanced Power BI proficiency.
  • Think Cell and Rally experience preferred.
