Description

  • Lead project and sprint processes to bring program plans to life on time and on budget.
  • Manage client deliverables, delivery timelines, and sprint execution across workstreams.
  • Collaborate with Account, Finance, Tech, Paid Media, Experience Strategy, Client Service Creative, and Business Intelligence teams.
  • Build timelines, workflows, RACIs, and risk/issue tracking plans.
  • Develop and manage project scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Set up and run internal team status meetings, reviews, and communication rhythms.
  • Make resourcing and budget decisions for sprint cycles by discipline.
  • Implement and maintain program initiatives in partnership with the Enterprise Experience Lead.
  • Prioritize outstanding items and drive active problem solving and risk mitigation.
  • Serve as a digital translator across teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and technical risk awareness.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product or project management experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading workflow and process improvement initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience with a MarTech/AdTech ecosystem such as Salesforce, Veeva, and/or Adobe.
  • Strong working knowledge of the MarTech and AdTech space.
  • Experience with program workflows for setup and activation efforts in marketing and digital pharmacy ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency with JIRA, MS Office, Copilot, Workfront, and Asana.
  • Resourceful problem solver and collaborative communicator.
  • Preferred: familiarity with digital marketing areas including SEO, analytics, CRM, email marketing, paid media, and social media.
  • Preferred: BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: understanding of the role of technology and digital in the healthcare marketing landscape.
