Description

  • Serve as the primary entry point for new Product Ops initiatives, prioritizing, routing, and resourcing them as appropriate.
  • Lead major cross-team process changes by designing the approach, aligning stakeholders, and driving adoption.
  • Own cross-functional product operations processes across Product, Design, and Analytics, including quarterly planning, goal decomposition, and metrics alignment.
  • Build and maintain shared frameworks and decision-making artifacts such as prioritization logic, metrics models, and decision templates.
  • Identify and escalate systemic process issues that require cross-team or leadership-level decisions.
  • Drive AI automation for product workflows by identifying high-leverage opportunities, building or overseeing solutions, and measuring results against baselines.
  • Manage Product Ops focus and workload to ensure the team works on high-impact initiatives rather than reactive noise.
  • Own processes end-to-end from design through adoption, with hands-on execution as well as coordination.

Requirements

  • Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
  • Fluent Russian.
  • Experience designing or significantly improving operational processes in a product or tech environment.
  • Experience influencing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders who do not report to you.
  • Metrics-driven approach with experience measuring adoption, satisfaction, and process change.
  • Bias toward scalable solutions rather than one-off fixes.
  • Full ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Experience using AI tools to automate workflows or processes and evaluate where automation creates real leverage.
  • Product fluency, including understanding discovery, prioritization, planning cycles, and roadmap trade-offs (preferred).
  • Background in product operations or program management (preferred).
  • Familiarity with OKR frameworks, quarterly planning, or company-wide goal alignment (preferred).
  • Comfort working in a fast-scaling environment without a defined playbook for everything (preferred).
