Description

  • Design, implement, and monitor scalable AI systems and workflows to automate delivery operations.
  • Drive execution across multi-week customer delivery cycles.
  • Maintain clarity on timelines, dependencies, and ownership across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
  • Replace manual status tracking with automated data capture and real-time visibility.
  • Create accountability across teams and surface progress clearly.
  • Anticipate delivery risks and proactively unblock teams.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to keep dependency-heavy work on track.
  • Own and improve complex, multi-team delivery processes across the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or product/business operations in dynamic technical product environments, such as enterprise B2B or SaaS.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to simplify, automate, and scale processes.
  • Demonstrated use of AI in day-to-day work beyond basic writing tasks.
  • Proven track record of standing up and owning complex, cross-team processes.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and pushing execution forward.
  • Genuine interest in climate work and commitment to tackling the climate crisis.
  • North America East Coast preferred timezone.
  • Direct experience or strong interest in energy, climate, or utility work (nice to have).
  • Remote sensing experience (nice to have).
  • Experience in globally distributed startup or scale-up environments, especially during rapid growth (nice to have).
