Description

  • Own contract-level financial management across assigned Autonomous Airpower programs, including monthly EAC/ETC development and cost and schedule variance analysis.
  • Maintain the contract budget baseline in Deltek Cobra, including work package setup, BCWS phasing, baseline change control, and monthly status updates.
  • Partner with Program Managers and Engineering Leads to build and challenge bottoms-up forecasts for remaining work, including labor, materials, subcontracts, and ODCs.
  • Prepare monthly program financial reviews covering profit margin surveillance, actuals-to-forecast variance explanations, and funding and billing position.
  • Reconcile monthly billings to cost performance and support unbilled accounts receivable, revenue recognition inputs, and month-end close deliverables.
  • Track and analyze unit cost trends versus forecast and communicate key drivers to program and engineering leadership.
  • Support pricing, proposals, ROM estimates, contract modifications, and follow-on work.
  • Build and maintain reporting in Oracle, Anaplan, and Foundry to automate recurring program financial deliverables.
  • Contribute to long-range planning and the annual operating plan for the Autonomous Airpower business line.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program controls tools, templates, and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in program finance, program controls, FP&A, or a related finance/accounting role.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong Excel modeling skills and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to apply for and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
  • DoD or aerospace and defense industry experience, particularly on cost-type CPFF or CPIF development contracts, is preferred.
  • Exposure to Earned Value Management concepts such as CPI, SPI, BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, VAC, EAC, and ETC is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Deltek Cobra, Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, or equivalent program controls or ERP tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and CAS-covered contracting environments is preferred.
  • Experience supporting proposals, BOEs, or should-cost analysis is preferred.
