Description

  • Customize and maintain the Salesforce platform through declarative configuration, including Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and custom fields.
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support, troubleshooting, and user management across roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Manage tasks and help tickets in a fast-paced environment and drive issues through resolution.
  • Work with stakeholders and business analysts to document, implement, and optimize system requirements.
  • Assist with environment maintenance, data hygiene, and basic release management using sandboxes and change sets.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and list views to support business insights.
  • Collaborate within a small, Agile team to deliver configuration work and support improvements.
  • Support user adoption and satisfaction across business functions.
  • Act as a trusted resource for daily Salesforce questions and system issues.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience implementing and maintaining Salesforce.com platforms, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong experience with declarative development, especially Lightning Experience, Lightning App Builder, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and OWDs.
  • Experience with basic data management tools such as Data Loader and Import Wizard, with a focus on data integrity.
  • Ability to build custom reports, dashboards, and list views.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong troubleshooting ability.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is required.
  • Exposure to CPQ or Quote-to-Cash processes in a SaaS or recurring revenue company is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience or interest in advanced automation, including advanced Flows and basic troubleshooting of Apex errors, is preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Certified Advanced Administrator is preferred.
  • Experience with integrated tools or middleware such as Jira, Slack, or HubSpot is preferred.
