Description

  • Architect and deliver AI agents and automations using Agentforce and other AI platforms.
  • Build intelligent process automations across enterprise systems using IPA tools such as Power Automate and Alteryx.
  • Develop, test, and debug Salesforce-related applications and integrations using Apex, JavaScript, Python, and other languages.
  • Collaborate with product designers, end users, and cross-functional team members to define use cases and refine solutions.
  • Create test automations and support both automated and manual testing for Salesforce and other applications.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve standard to complex system issues and incidents.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation for builds, automations, and AI agents.
  • Mentor, coach, and peer review work from junior and intermediate engineers, peers, and vendors.
  • Support DevOps maintenance activities, including pull request reviews and build approvals.
  • Provide training and consultation to business partners on developed systems and processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining configurations and custom applications that integrate with Salesforce or other connected apps.
  • Hands-on experience building Agentforce AI agents, AI workflows, custom agent development, and integration of external data sources.
  • Experience creating intelligent process automations using tools like Power Automate or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating test automations for Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Solid experience writing clean, scalable code in JavaScript, Apex, Python, or similar languages.
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools and processes such as Copado and AutoRabit.
  • Proficiency with GitHub and troubleshooting versioning and DevOps issues.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Solid experience with automated testing frameworks such as PMD, Selenium, or Copado CRT.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and governor limits.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II are required.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is required.
  • Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist is required or strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Application/Systems Architect is desired.
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Working experience with the Workday platform is highly desired.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and external system integrations such as Conga, Docusign, Adobe, Marketo, Gainsight, Gong, Qualtrics, Kantata, and TaskRay.
  • Experience building AI agents on other AI platforms is a bonus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System or UI frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular is a bonus.
  • Experience working with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms is a bonus.
  • Experience with service-oriented architecture, SaaS product development, SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect is a bonus.
  • Experience with on-call responsibilities for production-grade systems is a bonus.
