Description

  • Architect and deliver AI agents and automations for Salesforce and related enterprise workflows.
  • Build AI agents using Agentforce and other AI platforms such as Microsoft Studio for CoPilot Agents.
  • Develop intelligent process automations with tools such as Power Automate and Alteryx.
  • Create test automations to improve QA efficiency for Salesforce and other applications.
  • Collaborate with product designers, end users, and team members to refine use cases and solution outcomes.
  • Write and maintain application code using Apex, JavaScript, Python, and other relevant languages.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and debug standard to complex system and code defects.
  • Produce technical documentation for builds, automations, and AI agents.
  • Support DevOps maintenance activities, including peer review, pull requests, and build approvals.
  • Train, mentor, and coach junior and intermediate engineers and provide consultation to business partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining configuration and custom applications integrated with Salesforce or other connected apps.
  • Hands-on experience building Agentforce AI agents, AI workflows, custom agent development, and integrating external data sources.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and external systems such as Conga, Docusign, Adobe, Marketo, Gainsight, Gong, Qualtrics, Kantata, and TaskRay.
  • Experience creating intelligent process automations using Power Automate or similar tools.
  • Experience creating test automations for Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Strong coding experience with JavaScript, Apex, Python, or similar languages.
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools and processes such as Copado and AutoRabit, plus GitHub and versioning/debugging workflows.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and governor limits.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II and Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications are required; Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist and Salesforce Certified Application/Systems Architect are preferred.
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Working experience with Workday is highly desired.
  • Experience with AI agents on other AI platforms, Salesforce Lightning Design System or UI frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular, AWS or Azure, SOA, SAML/OAuth/OpenID Connect, or production on-call responsibilities is a plus.
