Description

  • Analyze, design, and build solutions on the Salesforce platform, primarily in Service Cloud.
  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Develop custom components in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Aura.
  • Build and maintain triggers, batch processes, test classes, validation rules, and other automations.
  • Implement and optimize flows and process configurations using Process Builder.
  • Develop and integrate REST and SOAP web services to and from Salesforce.
  • Create PDF documents and reports or exports, including Excel, from Visualforce.
  • Run scripts and unit tests to ensure quality and stability.
  • Work under agile methodologies, especially SCRUM, with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • +4 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong command of Force.com, Apex, SOQL, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning, and Aura.
  • Experience in Banca and/or Afores is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of process modeling and automation.
  • Experience with Eclipse IDE and Apex Data Loader.
  • Additional development experience in Java or .NET, with a minimum of 3 years.
  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and problem-solving focus.
  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Intermediate to advanced conversational English.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, REST/SOAP web services, and agile SCRUM environments.
