Description

  • Lead and contribute to market research sprints to assess commercial viability before product specifications are finalized.
  • Identify and document market expectations for new initiatives and translate external signals into clear product requirements and customer outcomes.
  • Produce concise research artifacts that summarize customer outcomes, commercial viability, and prioritization rationale.
  • Serve as the voice of the market in product development discussions and ground decisions in customer and buyer needs.
  • Partner with Product Management and Sales to validate that proposed solutions align with what customers are willing to buy.
  • Support end-to-end go-to-market launches for new features and releases across Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Coordinate launch timelines and ensure messaging, enablement, and marketing assets are aligned and delivered on schedule.
  • Equip Sales and Client Success teams with tools, assets, and messaging that communicate product value throughout the customer journey.
  • Attend and support customer events, webinars, industry conferences, and company-run events.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, synthesis, and review while validating outputs before sharing.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in product marketing, market research, content marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; a background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to distill complex research into concise, decision-ready documents.
  • Ability to self-manage time, prioritize competing requests, and follow through without needing reminders.
  • Eagerness to understand how market research and product marketing connect to revenue, retention, and growth.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment with 1-week sprint cycles.
  • Genuine curiosity about enterprise SaaS and how B2B buyers evaluate and adopt software.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing principles and demand generation concepts is preferred.
  • Prior internship or work experience at a SaaS or technology company is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Notebook LM in a research or writing workflow is preferred.
  • Exposure to Salesforce, HubSpot, Highspot, Jira, or similar marketing, sales, or product platforms is preferred.
