Description

  • Own and continuously refine ICP definitions and buyer personas for enterprise segments.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned to revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Lead targeted, data-driven campaigns to drive pipeline, revenue, and market expansion.
  • Partner with Sales and Performance Marketing to design and execute account-based marketing strategies.
  • Build strategic partnerships that co-develop marketing initiatives and expand reach.
  • Translate customer and partner insights into clear messaging for enterprise audiences.
  • Create creative briefs and work with Marketing Operations to deliver sales enablement assets.
  • Support complex sales cycles with customized content that advances deals and reduces friction.
  • Own the strategy, execution, and ROI tracking of integrated multi-channel campaigns.
  • Create enterprise-focused content such as case studies, webinars, and testimonials.
  • Launch and scale peer-driven and community-led programs to influence enterprise buyers.
  • Contribute to scalable go-to-market playbooks and identify new acquisition channels.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Performance, and Content teams to align messaging and optimize campaigns.
  • Track performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI to continuously refine strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proven success executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying groups and long sales cycles.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and project management tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Asana.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear messaging.
