Description

  • Develop and execute product strategy for one or more key market segments, with deep focus on interoperability needs.
  • Define clear business requirements for new features and ensure alignment with healthcare regulations such as CMS requirements, HTI-4, the CMS Interoperability Framework, CMS-0057, TEFCA, and DaVinci implementation guides.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to align commercial goals with technical feasibility, development plans, and user experience.
  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs using data analytics and user feedback to measure adoption and success.
  • Shape product positioning and core messaging for current products and target customer segments.
  • Partner with Marketing on launch strategy, content development, and release planning.
  • Support Sales Enablement through training, pitch materials, competitive battle cards, and product demonstrations for strategic customers.
  • Participate in cross-functional regulatory impact discussions and develop product enhancement strategies in response to regulatory changes.
  • Identify new opportunities and strategic bets in the interoperability space.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS software company, ideally in healthcare technology.
  • Demonstrated success bringing B2B SaaS products to market, including market segmentation, GTM strategy, and pipeline generation support.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS business models, and complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources).
  • Technical aptitude and proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills for explaining complex issues and driving progress in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to balance day-to-day execution with strategic, long-term thinking.
  • Ability to build consensus and gain commitment from stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
  • Experience with FHIR is preferred.
  • Experience with EHRs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Suite, and Productboard or similar tools is preferred.
  • Must be based in the US and reside/work in the continental US.
