Description

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with Product Management, Revenue Operations, and Sales Enablement.
  • Develop positioning, value messaging, and launch plans that drive product adoption and growth.
  • Refine messaging to support customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Create content for demand generation, product initiatives, and brand awareness, including collateral, website copy, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership materials.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations for sales, strategy, Customer Advisory Boards, and industry events.
  • Equip Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services with tools and training to win deals and expand accounts.
  • Build a framework with Customer Success for QBRs and feature release enablement.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and market insights, including win/loss analysis and tools that help differentiate Model N offerings.
  • Leverage analyst and conference insights to inform go-to-market strategy and influence the product roadmap.
  • Own go-to-market execution for new product introductions and drive readiness across internal teams, external communications, and analyst briefings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, including 3–5 years in enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience in Med Tech, Life Sciences, or regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success launching SaaS products and building enablement programs.
  • Ability to translate complex solutions into compelling messaging for executives, analysts, and customer-facing teams.
  • Experience driving alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong market analysis, win/loss, and competitive research skills.
  • Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or Gemini to improve productivity, decision-making, or problem solving.
  • Experience mentoring talent and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Model N offices, customers, and industry events, about 10–20%.
