Description

  • Own the product marketing function as the sole product marketer and report directly to the VP of Marketing.
  • Partner with Product to tier releases, identify bundling opportunities, and shape go-to-market strategy for feature launches and updates.
  • Enable go-to-market teams with aligned messaging so product launches and customer communications stay consistent.
  • Build and evolve messaging architecture and positioning across customer-facing surfaces as the product and market change.
  • Develop competitive intelligence assets such as battle cards, win/loss frameworks, and sales narratives for revenue teams.
  • Conduct buyer research and maintain living ICP documentation using Gong calls, CRM data, and customer interviews.
  • Partner with Sales to test messaging in the field and close the feedback loop between market realities and positioning.
  • Create enablement materials that help teams communicate ROI and value for specific customer use cases.
  • Strengthen internal teams’ ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to define how Bridgit brings its products to market.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is highly valuable.
  • Experience building product marketing functions or processes in fast-growth environments.
  • Ability to create messaging frameworks that align cross-functional teams and adapt as the market changes.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and building from scratch with limited structure.
  • Strong understanding of how sales teams work and how to translate technical product features into customer value.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Pylon, Beamer, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability with a focus on simple, outcome-oriented messaging.
  • Comfort working with technical product teams and translating complex capabilities into clear business value.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with founders, designers, account executives, and other cross-functional partners.
